Healthy Christmas Cookies

It's Christmas time and there is no way around cookies. As usual, I have a low fat recipe for you. These guilt-free-cookies are very tasty and perfect for everyone who wants to stay in shape over the holidays. You can dip them in chocolate or just put some nuts or raisins on top. Step 1

First pre-heat your oven to 180 degrees. Lightly grease cookie sheet or use a silicon sheet.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, mix the oats with all dry ingredients.

Step 3

Mash 1 banana and mix with milk.

Step 4

Now mix all the ingredients very well. Then with the help of a spoon, drop the cookie dough on the silicone sheet, leaving about 2 inches of space between them.

Step 5

Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until the cookies have a light brown color. Remove them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Step 6

Finally, melt the chocolate in a double boiler and dip the cookies into it. Then sprinkle some grated coconut on top and let them dry. Merry Christmas!
